Your experiences match very much with my own impression and I think that with this feed back we can optimize the program Embedded Coaching. Therefore we will have to pay more attention to the things we can do before. Such as a good Technolgy Description, Value Proposition and Goals on what you want to realize. If we know in what business you are in or want to be in we can also provide office space in a city where there is a knot of these businesses.
